Your First and Second Visits
Your First Visit (about 1 hour)

Patient Forms
When you arrive at our office, our receptionist will greet you like a member of the family. You’ll be asked to fill out some forms that provide important details about your health history and current condition. This helps us get a full picture of your needs before your consultation.
Consultation
Next, you’ll meet with either Dr. Bodnar or Dr. Yi to discuss your health concerns, symptoms, and goals. This is your opportunity to share what’s been going on and ask questions so your doctor can determine how chiropractic care can best support you.

Examination
After your consultation, your doctor will perform a thorough chiropractic exam. This includes checking reflexes, flexibility, posture, and overall spinal and musculoskeletal health. Standard neurological, orthopedic, and physical tests may also be performed. Rest assured that nothing is done without your consent.
X-Ray Studies
X-rays are an essential part of your first visit. They allow us to see your spine in detail, uncover misalignments, and detect any serious conditions. Many patients are surprised to see their X-rays and even begin to recognize areas of concern themselves. If you have recent X-rays or notes from another chiropractor, we can use those to help guide your treatment plan.

Your Second Visit: Report of Findings

Detailed Findings
Once your information and exams are complete, your doctor will review everything with you during a Report of Findings. This is your chance to ask questions, such as:
- How can you help me?
- How often will I need care?
- What will my treatment cost?
Your doctor will explain your diagnosis, treatment options, and let you know if other healthcare providers need to be involved.
Treatment
After reviewing your plan, you may begin your first treatment session. This could include spinal adjustments, soft tissue massage, or physical therapy. Treatments are interactive, so you can share your preferences and ask questions anytime.

Wellness Program
Before you leave, your doctor will suggest a personalized wellness program to support your recovery and long-term health. This may include exercises, stretches, or guidance on activities to avoid. Our wellness team can also help you develop healthy habits, proper nutrition, and routines to maintain optimal spinal alignment and overall well-being. Every program is customized because your health journey is unique.
